- Application firm of the Residency Permit.
- Tax number obtained from tax office.
- 4 passport-size (biometric) photos.
- Original passport and photocopies of the following pages of the passport:
- page with the applicant’s photo,
- page stamped at the last entry,
- page indicating the validity and expiry dates of the passport.
- (If available) expired residence permit.
- Original title deed and its photocopy for those applying with real estate and a letter obtained from local land registry office showing taht deed is up-to-date.
- A valid health insurance.
